Really really excellent customer service. Honestly don’t know how they could have done more, we are moving to a new country and they made everything so smooth. Danus in particular was incredible. He was professional, efficient and really warm. The beds were super comfy and we feel excited for our new adventure having had a great experience here.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We are moving to the US with work and had a baby and enough bags to live out of for 2 months while we find a place. The bags were taken out of our hands the moment we got into the hotel and nothing was too much hassle for the team. Made it really easy to stay and relax before our flight.

Forough at reception was exceptional and went out of her way to ensure my experience was extremely positive, as a busy and stressed business woman it made all the difference to my I would highly recommend her and this hotel for an airport stay for convenience and quality of service

We had drinks and dinner in the La Terrasse bar. We were attended to by a lovely bright and attentive young lady named Shivani. Her attention to detail, great level of service, friendly personality and overall level of care along with her knowledge of food and beverages available was exceptional. She is a fantastic asset to the Sofitel Hotel at Gatwick and we wish her a very bright future!

Booking a stay at the heathrow Sofiitel. Devya Naicker deserves special mention as she was exceptionally.proficient , kind, patient and professional. We were able to conduct our reservation quickly and with very efficient and pleasant help.
