Excellent service and room. Staff were great . Thanks Forough for checking us in . Convenient for the Terminal and parking . Parking was prearranged and simple . Beds were v comfortable and a takeaway breakfast was provided as we had club access.

The hotel atrium is beautiful. I arrived with two small children and a mountain of luggage which Emma magically whisked up to my room, helping me to feel welcome and relaxed - thank you so much! The rooms are lovely with cool colors and great decor. Would definitely stay again.

Stay here just for the level of customer care from the concierge!

The concierge’s - Sal & Emma- were incredible - the best customer service I have had for a long time; and the friendliest too. Both went over and above what could be expected; genuine attention to detail and putting the customer’s firmly front and centre. It’s rare to receive such great customer service currently, so thank you both. The room is lovely; clean, fresh and comfortable. Reception could be improved - more thinking about the customer who is checking in, less about “let’s just get the task done.” My questions about parking and the meeting I am here for were dismissed without care; so I hope to get them answered tomorrow!

Easy check in with pleasant receptionist Lovely rooms .Spacious and clean. Comfy bed with crisp white sheets. Flat screen TV, fridge and safe in room. Bathroom had good shower and toiletries. A/ C easy to control . Free Wi-Fi. A comfortable and pleasant stay. Will definitely return.
