The breakfast menu was fantastic & excellent the ambience was amazing the arrangement is the classy example seperate counter for sweet , pancakes , falafil , breads ,variety coffee maker machine , was clean neatly arranged & very good chef kareem ridwan

Chef Karim Radwan provided with a great service and selection . The restaurant was kept clean and fast service. They had variety of selections as well. Wide dining area mad big crowd to dine in seamlessly. Kids friendly as well and they served pistachios

This Pullman Zamzam Makkah hotel,now i stay in this hotel, Really this hotel more Beautiful, i find more beautiful people here. The food was very excellent. The respected Chef karim Radwan.was Al Amber p12 restaurant, they have a Omlet sation and pancake etc.Thanks a lot Chef Karim Radwan🥰

We stayed for 5 nights. The room is spacious, great for family. Breakfast and dinner were great. Thanks for Mr Karim Ridwan who took the time to say hi to us during breakfast and check on us. Points to improve : room need renovation, we stayed in Classic Presidential Suite and the second bathroom shower urgently need renovation. When shower turns on the water will go everywhere:the shower curtain did not help.

Rooms are terrible. Awful smell . Not at all like the pictures on the internet . Carpets are stained . Corridor on the room floors are dirty and dark , with old stinky dirty sofas . The first room we were showed has a bathroom the size of a hostel with a metal safe like cabinet next to the toilet . And this was supposed to be 5 star ?!! The breakfast buffet is mediocre and not up to par. We had to complain about the rooms 3 times untill we were given a decent room . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel untill they have upgraded the entire hotel rooms and its reception etc .
