It’s not 5* hotel for sure Clock Tower location is deceiving to believe it’s 5* Great location to reach Haram ! Tea Garden restaurant is 5* , food was excellent, good choice and so is service staff manager Uthman was ever smiling welcoming great guy so is brother Saber , supervisor Farouk was helpful , I must point out one waiter Mr Abid Ali was best of the lot and so humble helpful and made us feel our own family ! Duty managers Asfham and Asmah were helpful tried hard to offer better rooms but I had to compromise in the end. Disappointing Poor rooms, poor lifts & poor reception staff so is room service , rooms are below 3* congested not value for money , they just want to make money forget customers ! I may have to look for different option next year unless if we get new renovated rooms .

House keeping was only good think we have

Mr Asaduzzamqn was our house keeper and did a fantastic job. Also Mr Zakir Hussein have cleaned out rooms and always good and have both done a fantastic job.

thank pullman zamzam teaam breakfast was good in zahra restaurant the guy mr shanawaz help us too much and also from kitchen chef karim redwan helps my kids for special requests thanks aii the staff buffet itaem was delicious and good food thanks

Cheff Karim radwan, breakfast is very good! Excelent! I enjoyed it all in pullman hotel in restaurant manager mr shanawaz is very helpful with us thank you Pullman zamzam team see you well always all the staff in restaurant is well done keep it up
