An amazing spa experience, i got a hydrating facial and it was amazing! My mum got the signature massage and she really enjoyed it! The staff were lovely and our massage therapists Dorothy and Shoma were just amazing! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This hotel is probably the best in Fiji. Beautiful landscaping all across the resort with large family pool clean and well maintained. Infinity pool at Waitui with devine cocktails and magical food. Madame So restaurant is a must to try authentic Vietnamese food in AC restaurant which is the only one in Denarau. Beautiful dishes and lovely service. Breakfast is out of this world with so many choices at Bazaar and a amazing “a la carte” breakfast at Waitui. This hotel is the spot to stay

We had the best time. We have two young kids our 4 year old boy and our 21month old girl. Everyone always told us how good the Fijians are with kids but we didn’t quite understand just how amazing they are with them. Nothing is ever a trouble and they are so fun and entertaining with kids. From the boys at the concierge Livai, Philip, Sam, Eddie, Emosi. They made our stay so enjoyable entertaining kids whilst we wait for the Bula bus, giving us tips for our stay. The lovely wait staff at breakfast and around the pool including Epa and Wame. Always making sure we were looked after always going above and beyond. And the absolutely fun, entertaining and happy boys at the pool. My kids were so excited to go to the pool and the slide everyday to play with the team Lai, Wise, Jai, Asa, Jess, Mr Potato and Zac. On topi of the playing in the pool and slide they had the best activities like fish feeding and water aerobics and ice blocks everyday. The kids were so exhausted by the end of everyday they slept so well. And my husband and I didn’t even feel like we had to do much. They did a tiny warrior experience with Zac and Tetha and Lai. Where they were able to dress up as little warriors and go around light the torches for the night. They loved this. Lastly the kids club and Nannie’s! The best kids club we have ever seen… my son has never liked a kids club but he was actually begging me to go back everyday. They have the best outdoor play area and they run such fun activities schedule that changes everyday. Tetha, Terry, Viv all the girls were so amazing. By the end of the holiday the kids felt like celebrities all the staff knew their names everywhere we went all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Honestly can not recommend this hotel enough!! We feel like we have made some great friends in the staff at this hotel.

The best pillows for the best sleep. Great service by merewalwai! If we didn’t have the choice of pillows the sleep would not be there so we are very greatful! Will love to come back just for the pillows! Thank you Sofitel and thank you to the staff here!

Fun family resort with a diverse activity kids club and waterslide. Fun activities like aqua aerobics for everyone to join in on . A very expansive breakfast buffet with plenty of great options. The waterslide can get a bit dangerous if the kids go down at a quick succession. Lovely staff like Tina who helped to braid our kids hair outside breakfast one morning . Thank you
