Great option for Disneyland Paris holiday

Nice hotel, modern lobby, clean rooms which were made up everyday of our 4 night stay. Right next to the RER train station, it was very busy around 9:30 for Disneyland opening so get there a bit earlier or after the rush. Same for coming back from Disneyland ( get your return tickets in the morning) luckily It’s the first stop as the train station was chaotic and the train was packed so avoid after the fireworks finish. There’s a shopping mall about 5-10 minutes a with a supermarket and lots of good shops, also a designer outlet just the other side! Would definitely say again

Room was clean But basic. There is ntg much provided in the room except for all in 1 cleansing. Location wise not too bad. Walking distance to la vallee & Val d Europe. Marne stn is right in front. 1 stn to Disneyland. Not recommended to stay more days as there is ntg much to do in this area. Abt 30mins ride to CDG airport via bolt.

A basic room equipped with basic necessities and the size of room was quite decent. The bed was relatively comfortable. The bathroom was quite small & need to be careful as the floor can be slippery and when it’s wet. The hotel only provides shampoo & shower body soap. There are bath towels too. We were here for only a night & the staff at the reception were very helpful

Stay at Ibis hotel was good! Very accessible for Disneyland with access to public transport a minute walk away. Reception staff helpful. Be aware there is no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. We put the signs for no room service but had staff come in and only remove a few items of rubbish out of the bin and left coke cans and water bottles empty in the room, and removed toilet roll? Very lucky we had locks on our cases and packed stuff back in cases if not who knows what they may have taken. But overall ok stay just be cautious of belongings.

Ibis is great, don’t stay at the budget.

The service from the hotel reception staff was excellent and very helpful. After booking the budget ibis next door, on arrival there we tried to upgrade as we saw the normal Ibis was only a few pounds more. We were told that we could not change as it was a separate hotel and had to stay because it was past our 12pm deadline for cancellation (it was 1.15pm) so checked in and found we didn’t have a private bathroom as in their description. We therefore went to the normal Ibis next door and found the receptionist from the budget ibis walking in through a door behind reception! He didn’t recognise us and left. So it wasn’t a separate hotel at all! We spoke to a different member of staff, asked if we could upgrade from next door and he said we could have done IF we had asked before we checked in, but now we would have to stay there the night and change in the morning! I therefore complained and said that we had tried to upgrade before we checked in, but the guy we had just seen told us we could not and this was a separate hotel. They then checked our room at the budget to see it hadn’t been used and moved us to the normal Ibis. The receptionist at this hotel couldn’t have been more helpful or apologetic - the room was a lot nicer with a private bathroom and very clean. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. Great location next to the train station, only one stop from Disneyland Paris and only 2 euro’s to get there. Would definitely stay again. DO NOT STAY AT THE BUDGET - THIS HOTEL IS MUCH BETTER!!
