Good hotel, well located - very close to the metro station, from which you can easily get in a few or several minutes to all the attractions. Also in close proximity to the bus stop. Breakfasts very good, typical English to choose from, something sweet, yogurts, muesli, cereals, fruit, standard coffee and tea. The hotel also has a bar where you can have dinner (prices are ok, food good). The staff is very nice. :) The room is clean, very nice; super bathroom. I highly recommend. :)

We needed a hotel near Chelsea and Westminster Hospital for an 07.30 appt for day surgery.We chose this hotel for 2 nights because it had a car park,an on site restaurant and a room with a walk in shower.We had a newly refurbished room which was a bit minimalist but clean & quiet,bed was comfortable & everything worked including the heating controls.Breakfast was good value(£12 if booked in advance),Good choice of bar food.Service in the bar and reception was efficient and friendly.They were happy to arrange a taxi to take me to the hospital which arrived on time.,When we got home I realised I had left a crutch in our room.I rang and they swiftly located it and kept it safe until I could collect it the following week.There was much renovation work going on but no noise between late afternoon until about 0930.

A colleague and I had the unfortunate experience of staying in this hotel, after all the trains from Kings Cross were cancelled. Firstly this hotel is in scaffolding and is undergoing a refurbishment, meaning check-in is actually done in the adjoining conference centre. This isn’t clear, and my colleague and I thought we had gate crashed someone’s event. The (makeshift) bar and restaurant are also in this area. When going to check-in, they couldn’t find our booking, despite me calling ahead and making sure the booking had gone through okay. When the booking was finally found and payment had been made, I asked for an invoice to be told this would be provided at check-out. I am yet to receive this despite emailing and calling. We got to our rooms, only to discover we had been placed in the non-refurbished part of the hotel, and this looked like it hadn’t been decorated since the 1970’s. My colleague also found several suspect hairs in her bath. The only positive I can give about the room is that it was a good size. We requested for the room to be cleaned again, and were provided with a complimentary drink by way of apology. The white wine was warm and the lemonade was flat. We left the drinks as we were tired, cranky and just wanted to sleep. The bathrooms feature shower curtains, rather than shower screens, these are unhygienic. Upon getting into bed, I was disappointed to find my double room, with a double bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. Both mattresses were of different firmness, and both were different thicknesses. This made getting a comfortable rest after a long day impossible. Furthermore, the walls are extremely thin, and we were woken during the night due to noise from neighbouring rooms. After having an awful nights sleep, we were looking forward to a hearty breakfast. This was also disappointing. The breakfast room was chaos, and the greeter struggled to find our reservation. Once seated we went for the buffet. The juice was watered down and tasted revolting, the yoghurt had a hair in it, the pancake machine was slow and left pancakes undercooked, and finally the ‘hot’ breakfast buffet items were all cold. The stay was beyond disappointing and I would not stay here again.

Well sized rooms, decently priced, excellent service. Kristian helped me gracefully and was wonderful! Vibrant area with lots to see and eat. Nice amenities and services. Good views of west london from the rooms. Close proximity to Earl’s Court which is very convenient.

部屋のHeaterが壊れており、一日目の滞在はとても部屋が寒く、寝れなかった。翌日に修理を依頼したが、簡単に修理はできないため、オイルヒーターを部屋に手配してくれましたが、そのオイルヒーターも壊れていた。最悪な滞在でした。このホテルにはもう泊まりません。
