Dear Guest, We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We're glad to hear that you found the check-in process efficient and that the shower in your room met your expectations with its spaciousness and hot water. We're also pleased that you enjoyed the salad served during your dinner. Regarding the waiting time for the lifts, we acknowledge that during peak times there may be a slight delay, but we assure you that this is to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the room temperature upon arrival and the layout of the twin beds. While we do not offer tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, we provide a 24/7 bar service where light meals and snacks are available. Moreover, we regret to hear that the breakfast layout did not fully meet your satisfaction and appreciate your feedback on this matter. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are glad to hear that you found our hotel's location close to the motorway convenient. However, we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our reception staff and breakfast quality. We strive to provide excellent service and will address these concerns with our team to ensure improvements. Regarding the restaurant being closed on Sunday evenings, we apologize for any confusion. Our restaurant is open from Monday to Thursday, but we do offer prepared dishes at the ibis budget 24/7, and there are three other restaurants in the area. We understand that finding dining options on a Sunday can be challenging and will make sure our staff is better informed to assist guests in the future. As for the lift security issues, we appreciate your feedback and will work on improving the communication and assistance provided by our team. While we always strive to have all rooms for our arriving guests ready, regrettably, due to high occupancy, this is not always possible.
