Arrived on overnight flight and managed to check in early, which was great start to the stay. Breakfast was convenient and efficient, the staff were helpful and cheerful especially Nan who managed to get the perfect coffee to start the day.

me and my friends went to blubar novotel wtc and we are tired the whole day,this smart lady namely frances greet us with a smile and assist us to our table,she explain us about the live band on that saturday night and she suggest us what to drink and to eat⭐️we had a amazing night after a tiring day @ work,all the staff our polite and smart they had a good ambiance,nice choices of drinks, and nice live band,i will highly recomended this blubar @ novotel world trade center and i will tell to my friends and family to come to this superb,nice,relaxing and chill bar in dubai they deserve 10⭐️🫡

Excellent place to stay amazing food by the very kind gentleman over there.. Over all valued . The guy on the live section was really sweetheart. And as well as very master in his work thanks to had lovely breakfast... I must recommend this place to visit and stay as well as food

The hotel has a nice location especially when you attending an event in WTC area, it’s right next to the exhibition building, so very convenient and only need around 5 minutes walk. The room are great and ok in size. The only downside is that you have to wait for several minutes before the hot water ready, it’s a bit annoying since the weather tends to be colder in February period. The front desk is also took quite a long time to process the check in. Other than that, the overall experience is still great.
