Nice hotel, very friendly staff, nice rooms, great breakfast. We had a little issue with the room and the staff handled it in a great way. The connection sky bridge with the sky train is truly great facility for this hotel. Location is fantastic if you like busy places like us. You have everything around you.

Very nice and great hotel, located in a amazing location near Asok BTS. Rooms are equally excellent as well. Special mention to Mira. She was amazing, friendly and had great attention to detail during check in. Felt very welcome and overall impressive customer service provided. :)

We had a very good experience here because of Jay at the front desk. She was very kind and helped me a lot with planning my travels. She went above and beyond, offering many different options and suggestions on how to make my stay in Bangkok easier. This hotel is near the sky train and subway, as well as bars and restaurants, making it a great location to stay.
