We reached hotel before 2 p.m. Check-in was fast. We could go to our room directly and be allowed to have a late check-out until 3 p.m. Our room is on the higher floor. The room looks new and spacious. It’s also high-tech, as light, temperature, and TV can be controlled with ipqrt( it’s like an iPad). The bed is very comfy. We had a 1-2 hour nap before going out for sight-seeing and massage. And at night, we slept until midday on the next day. We had a good rest. The hotel location is between Nana and Asok BTS. There is a pedestrian bridge from Asok BTS station to the hotel. Many shops, eateries, pubs, and massage parlors are nearby. Overall, the stay was very good. The concierge team was friendly and helpful during our stay. They helped us with our travel questions and helped us look for a cab to Suvarnabhumi airport (we paid a THB500 fixed rate). I highly recommend this hotel, and we will stay here in the future. This is the shortest oversea trip for us (by taking a flight), but the trip was very enjoyable.

A delightful weekend staycation. The newly renovated lobby and hallways are beautifully elegant in grey and pastel blues. Check-in very efficient with all agents speaking perfect English. Lovely room on the 29th floor overlooking the pool. Bathroom supplied with sustainable Balmain amenities. Pool, sauna of the quality that you would expect. First class buffet breakfast with one of the finest selections in the city. I will definitely be back.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, nice rooms, great breakfast. We had a little issue with the room and the staff handled it in a great way. The connection sky bridge with the sky train is truly great facility for this hotel. Location is fantastic if you like busy places like us. You have everything around you.
