We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Bangkok. The staff were tremendous but especially Gift, Khawo, Benz, Sindy and Valen. The whole team at the Club looked after us very well. The restaurants were amazing. We were spoilt at the spa and also enjoyed the pool.

We travel to Thailand since 2006 . The Sofitel openend it's doors in april 2012 and if we travel to Bangkok we always stay there. We love the Sukhumvit area and the location of the hotel. "Normal" rooms are already very spacious not to forget to mention the club rooms (Club Millésime Rooms) with access to the club lounge. Beds are very comfy and big, my wife has a bad back due to a car accident and she loves the beds. If you have access to the lounge you can enjoy a high tea or free drinks and bites from 5-7 PM. Don't forget to book a room with breakfast included, It is the best we've ever had. The Sofitel already has been renovated in 2023 and the overal quality is even better then before. One of the main reasons, next to the superb hotel, to stay at this hotel are the people who work there. Personnel /staff is excellent from the moment you walk in. Everything is very organised from the smooth check-in till departure. We specially have to mention Miss Ing for her services during our stays. She always does the extra mile.

What a great hotel. Really really big rooms and walking distance from all the restaurant and bars on soi11. Great roof top bar too. Had beers on tap which were great Staff were polite and even got us coffee from the nearby cafe. Would definitely love to stay here again

We stayed herefor 10 nights and also visited the roof top bar. It was dated but no complaints otherwise. The location was excellent it was quiet the room was huge the rooftop amazing. And they had a pillow menu! What's not to like. I would stay here again for sure.

私はアコープラスです。経費削減なのでしょうか、テーブルのセット、料理の品数が減りました。仕事の分かるスタッフが居なくなり、ホテル全体のサービスが雑になりました。誰がホテルをチェックしているのでしょうか。チェックイン時には、おしぼりと飲み物が出ませんでした。今回のウエルカムカードの書き方は考え物です。部屋のフルーツの盛り合わせ、バナナとミカンにリンゴ等では酷いです、以前よりも悪くなりました、過去最悪でした。部屋にはボディータオルの用意が無くなりました。プールを使う場合、シャワールームのロッカーにはバスタオル等が入っていたり、入って無かったりで、困りました。濡れた水着を入れるビニール袋も無くなりました。ラウンジのTUMさんは特に親切でした。ソフィテルは素敵なホテルです、私は何回も宿泊しています。次回の宿泊を楽しみにしています。
