Good stay at a good price in Kuta

Our 1st stay here and a little disappointment due to my small room which wasn't upgraded despite my platinum status. It wasn't hotel's fault as I requested all 3 rooms together. However the booked room type is really small and doesn't suit me when I need to do some work. Special thanks to Guest Service Mgr Ms Dewi who took attention to my concern and she made an effort to check other rooms avail with my requirements and my room was changed within 15mins on next day! I am very pleased with the new room on 4th floor. Hotel location is good with many F&B around incl pizza hut & Starbucks next to hotel. Hotel staff are all very polite and helpful. Alang Alang cafe food is good too.

I absolutely love staying here because the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Intan. She really lifted my mood, especially after my recent unhappy experience at another hotel. Intan confidently guaranteed that I would extend my stay here, and she was right—I extended it for another day. The second day, I received exceptional service from Ms. Ardi at reception Ms. Ardi give us the extra mile services with her smile and assistance. Those trainee always has a smile, making my stay feel like home. The food is delicious, especially the welcome snacks so yummy i like it And a big thank you for the birthday cake for my husband, we really appreciated it, even though we didn't expect it when we returned from our outdoor activities the cake was appear in my table like magic felt down from the ceiling 😀😀 Please ensure that we are accommodated in the same room or above for our next trip. See you next time!"

Room was humid (damp) and dark.

The room was very humid, almost wet and very uncomfortable. Complained and received another room, which was slightly better. The bed was hard and excellent. The bathroom was small and built for left handed people. The water faucet was difficult to operate for a right handed person, who uses his right hand to brush teeth and shave. Breakfast, included in my room rate, was decent. Pork bacon was extra at IDR 50k.

Watching sunset from Infinity Pool

Hotel is really good and the infinity pool is awesome, watching sunset from the pool is the memorable moment of this trip for me. Breakfast has good options like chineese food, indian food and other juices. I will definitly recommedy mates to stay as beqch is in front of the hotel

Lovely hotel. Fantastic location right next to Kuta Beach. Very close to everything. Check in was quick and smooth. All reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to give a special thanks to Wijaya who worked on the front desk. He was excellent and made our stay at this hotel a wonderful experience. Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a nice view of the ocean.
