I absolutely love staying here because the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Intan. She really lifted my mood, especially after my recent unhappy experience at another hotel. Intan confidently guaranteed that I would extend my stay here, and she was right—I extended it for another day. The second day, I received exceptional service from Ms. Ardi at reception Ms. Ardi give us the extra mile services with her smile and assistance. Those trainee always has a smile, making my stay feel like home. The food is delicious, especially the welcome snacks so yummy i like it And a big thank you for the birthday cake for my husband, we really appreciated it, even though we didn't expect it when we returned from our outdoor activities the cake was appear in my table like magic felt down from the ceiling 😀😀 Please ensure that we are accommodated in the same room or above for our next trip. See you next time!"

Room was humid (damp) and dark.

The room was very humid, almost wet and very uncomfortable. Complained and received another room, which was slightly better. The bed was hard and excellent. The bathroom was small and built for left handed people. The water faucet was difficult to operate for a right handed person, who uses his right hand to brush teeth and shave. Breakfast, included in my room rate, was decent. Pork bacon was extra at IDR 50k.

Watching sunset from Infinity Pool

Hotel is really good and the infinity pool is awesome, watching sunset from the pool is the memorable moment of this trip for me. Breakfast has good options like chineese food, indian food and other juices. I will definitly recommedy mates to stay as beqch is in front of the hotel

Lovely hotel. Fantastic location right next to Kuta Beach. Very close to everything. Check in was quick and smooth. All reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to give a special thanks to Wijaya who worked on the front desk. He was excellent and made our stay at this hotel a wonderful experience. Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a nice view of the ocean.

Totally ABYSMAL. CHECK IN: The check in process was nothing short of a scam - refusing to take a credit card for a room deposit and insisting on me withdrawing money from a friend down the road. Connecting family rooms were booked months in advance only to be told that my 2 children (ages 7 &5) had a room 'down the hall' BREAKFAST: The first day we were told that we had to 'pay' for our breakfast even though our booking had a confirmation of breakfast being included. Once we were finally 'allowed' our breakfast it was a complete disappointment - SEE PHOTO this was the 'boiled' egg. POOL: Bar was never staffed and once someone arrived, they didn't know the price of the drinks and never had change. Sometimes your change come back (usually after you had finished the drink) sometimes change was never received. One night after coming back from dinner (8pm) we asked if the pool was still open, we were told yes, but the bar was shut. We were informed that we could take some drinks up to the pool with us. Once we were up there the 'manger' appeared and told us that he would fine us for bringing our own drinks (we said that we would be happy to buy them from the bar, but he refused to sell us the drinks) insisting that the fine needed to be paid. Another family was at the pool at the same time and had also been fined. LAUNDRY: I had to ring and request the laundry be returned (after 2 days). I paid in cash on receiving the clean clothes, but upon check-out they attempted to get me to pay again. ROOMS: 1 room the fridge didn't work, the other room the shower didn't have any hot water (between 2 rooms we had 1 functioning room). The room keys regularly failed and required the handles be removed and reconfigured. The list goes on - just do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.
