I had a great 3 night stay at Ibis Murcia. The hotel very clean. The staff very welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast and evening meal. So pleased to see soya milk, and vegatarian food in the restaurant Good location, tram a few minutes walk to the historic centre.

No car charging for guests.

I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised that I could charge my electric car. One of the chargers is broken. The other is occupied by a member of staff who is not present , and who they can’t contact. The car is fully charged, yet occupying a bay. Every time I go to reception, there is a different member of staff who gives me a different story.

Great hotel. Ludicrous & damaging parking system for vans.

Clean. Warm. Hot water. Great breakfast. However, if you have a van Be careful. The limit is 2.2m..... we were able to drive in. But scrapped the roof badly driving out. Why or how someone can design underground parking like this is crazy.

The hotel is very dated ..the bathroom door has dropped and made awful noise when opened and closed ..the shower was terrible more like a trickle and the water took a long time to drain away All that said the location is good for the town and the staff were great . Good choice at breakfast and the coffee was good

We've normally stayed at a different hotel chain but since discovering Ibis Hotels, we've never looked elsewhere. Although there isn't a refrigerator or safe in the room, the staff and accommodations make it worth every penny!
