Good Experience at Grand Mercure Roxy in Singapore. Good location, very close to the airport and not very far from business Centre. People are friendly and helpful. In all a very good experience for a short stay. Just a caution, veg food needs to be explained well in the hotel

Run down hotel... We booked junior suite BUT will you dare to use the bathtub with the scratches and marks in the tub? It's badly maintained by hotel team.... Hope the management will look into it.

スタッフ（特にコンシェルジュ）の方々の対応がとても親切で丁寧でした。特に、混んでいてなかなかタクシーが捕まらない日も、コンシェルジュの方がタクシーをすぐに手配してくれました。 朝食も笑顔で出迎えてくれるスタッフが多かったです。 コインランドリーの値段が高かったので、もっと安価だと助かります。
