Excellent hotel, always a pleasant stay. Comfortable, clean and well located. Stayed here in December for the 2nd time on our latest trip to the city. Reception lady was really excellent, welcoming and professional. We stayed in a triple room that was of good size and very comfortable with a view of the church across the road. The room we stayed in wasn't one of the upgraded ones but it was still comfortable, clean and tidy, the double bed wa also very comfy. We stayed during the Christmas markets and the hotel had a really festive atmosphere. It's a short walk down to the main square and the hotel is next to a shopping centre that's quite convenient The hotel is also located directly across the road from public transport that offers excellent links around the city. On one of the floors there is also a kids play room thats full of toys and games which for families is great. NB - If you do go into the kids rooms, tidy up after yourselves! Finally the breakfast, wow - I'm pretty well travelled and the breakfast at the hotel takes some beating. You can see that the hotel is very proud of the breakfast. The whole area is very well layed out and the food is prepared meticulously - something for everyone. At £15 or 80zl it might be considered a bit expensive for a breakfast in Wroclaw, and it probably is - but it's also very nice and great start to the day. I've stayed in Wroclaw many many many times and I think for value this place is probably the best hotel I've stayed in, especially when you factor in the breakfast and the staff. We've just booked our next trip to back to the city and we've booked this hotel so looking forward to another excellent stay.

Great place apart from noise from trains

Service is nice - 8 out of 10 points. Location close to city center so easy walk to restaurants and shops. Nearby train tracks with freight trains running all night, so depending on room placement, you might need earplugs to sleep. Breakfast is with good selection.

We are truly sorry that we have not fully lived up to your expectations, so please accept our sincerest apologies for this. We are aware that we are located in the very center of Wroclaw city, at the busiest intersection - also in terms of public transport. However, our building uses really well-insulated triple-glazed windows, and the decibel level in the room is measured regularly and is at the lowest level of the permissible sound scale in hotel rooms. In addition, our staff provides earplugs or is happy to provide you with another room on the quieter side of the building. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us. We hope you will give us a chance to make up for the shortcomings in the future and surprise you positively during your next stay. Best regards.

Had the chance to stay during weekend of annual Christmas Market event. We selected Mercure thanks to promising previous guest reviews and location. Short walking distance (5 min) to the heart of Old Town is real :) Convinent location, very flexible staff, comfortable room (we stayed with daughter 12y) and great food - these are the criteria for our excellent score. Happy to return next time.

We planned a weekend trip to Wrocław: almost all the booked attractions were in the center and we needed a parking lot for the car. We chose Mercure and it was an excellent choice. As a bonus, in the same building there is a shopping center where you can find some good cafes. The hotel itself is comfortable with spacious rooms and comfortable, large beds. You can probably find several other hotels in the center of Wrocław that are more stylish or more comfortable, but Mercure is the optimal combination at a reasonable price, especially if you don't want to worry about parking your car.

The hotel was a standard enough Mercure but it was clean, the rooms were decent sized and a very enjoyable stay. There was everything in the room you could need and the location was excellent. Convenient for the centre of town and connections like the train station.
