Location is great! A hop and a skip to Lidil. Only 2km to main Mestre shipping district - search clock tower... Easy walk to many nice resteraunts and cafes. Locals very friendly in Mestre. Easy to get cabs from here to the old city. Rooms were great. Staff at hotel were friendly. Would book again. Rooms a bit dated though. Fine if attitude is to only sleep for a night.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and our experience was, unfortunately, just average. The biggest let down was the staff who didn't seem very friendly or welcoming. It made a noticeable difference to the overall atmosphere of our stay. The breakfast was another area where the hotel didn't quite hit the mark. The options were limited and the quality was below average, which was a bit disappointing, especially when you're looking forward to a good start to your day. We also faced some technical issues in our suite. The room key often didn't work, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the TV in our suite was out of order, which was a let down, especially when you're in the mood to relax after a long day. In summary, our stay was below average. The lack of hospitality, combined with the limited breakfast options and room issues, made our experience less enjoyable than

I recently had the unfortunate experience with Novotel, and I must say that I cannot recommend this hotel based on my encounter. My family and I had booked a one-night stay for a group of six people. However, due to a mistake during the reservation process through Agoda, the booking was made for the wrong month. In an attempt to rectify this error, I had a conversation with the receptionist, Francesca, over the phone. She assured me that she would assist in resolving the issue and would correct the booking for the appropriate month. She advised me to send her an email with all the relevant details. Following her instructions, I promptly provided the necessary information. To my dismay, several days later, I received an email response from Francesca stating that she could not assist me in any way. This was incredibly disappointing, especially after having been given initial reassurances. Determined to find a solution, I decided to reach out to Agoda, even if it meant incurring additional costs. Agoda made every possible effort to address the situation, going so far as to attempt negotiations with the hotel to ensure our comfort during our stay. Unfortunately, their efforts were in vain, as Novotel refused to make any compromises whatsoever. This ordeal left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. The lack of professionalism and willingness to accommodate a genuine mistake on their part is truly disheartening. It's clear that Novotel prioritizes its own interests over the satisfaction of its guests. I can confidently state that I will never consider staying at Novotel again, and I strongly advise others to explore alternative options to ensure a more pleasant and accommodating experience. Additionally, we regret to inform you that reservations made through third-party websites, such as Agoda, are subject to the policies and procedures of those platforms. Unfortunately, we do not have the authority to make changes to bookings originating from such sites. Furthermore, we would like to emphasize that we are sorry that the entire team has been negatively evaluated for an incident that was not caused by us (the incorrect booking made by you) and occurred on a platform not managed by us (Agoda). close to highway, easy access and no traffic but there is nothing around the hotel if you are planning on eating/going out. Food is pretty decent at the restaurant, breakfast is probably the best option there although they have good dinner selection
