We decided to book the Novotel London Bridge being not far from the Underground, Borough market and street where we were able to go everywhere we wanted to from there. As a heartist and the Executive Housekeeper of the Movenpick Beirut I loved the hotel, the staff, the rooms, service I should say was spot on. Product knowledge as well is very well understood from the staff, and we were well informed. Th F&B is great food taste great, rooms division, everyone made our stay unforgettable, and we will come back!! well, done guys, cheers, Sam

Fantastic location behind the Shard. Easy access to Borough Market, bars, restaurants and riverside. Hotel very clean. Great breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful, particularly Rasa Nakutiene who helped me located my mobile phone which I had misplaced. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We will definitely stay again.

We have patronize Novotel London Bridge a few times and we enjoyed our stay. Great location, amazing hospitality and lovely F&B staff. On all our stays, Rasa from F&B treated us with great hospitality and we must say we do come back for the good breakfast and Rasa’s hospitality. On this trip, Verra from F&B too was of great assistance. Shall be back soon and hoping to have more memorable stays.

今回の旅の目的地に非常に近く、とても好立地でした。フロントや朝食会場のスタッフさん達は皆さんプロフェッショナルな対応でした。しかし、部屋の清掃や備品補充に関しては、手抜きが目立ちました。ベットの掛け布団のシーツに誰か口紅が少し付いてましたが、それが5泊6日の滞在中に無くなることはありませんでした。バスルームのコンディショナーが何度も押しても出て来なかったので、自分が持参したものを使用しました。バスローブが2つあり、2つとも使用しましたが、補充されませんでした。紅茶ティーバッグやお水のボトルも補充されませんでした。グラスやマグカップも口紅がついたままで、新しい物に交換されませんでした。フロントに直接クレームして新しいものを用意してもらいました。それが改善されれば快適だったと思いますが、お値段の割にはハウスキーピングが不満でした。

I stayed in room number 523 and I tell you the truth, everything in the hotel is good , but what made the hotel of great value in my opinion are the reception and restaurant team, especially the wonderful beauties RASA, KATERINA, VERA and GAYA. How beautiful you are, girls KATERINA and RASA, you are the best of the best. Thank you. from all of my heart ❤️
