It’ was a wonderful experience as always. Especially with Khan services. He was very helpfull and available to guide usbduring our lunch. We ate a wonderful fish and ships duritn the lunch. Despite the bad weather we enjoyed this place a lot and we will come back

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Rooms are clean and spacious and well fitted with excellent furniture. Staff is great too. However, there are a couple of minor things, which cumulatively you would not expect from a 4* hotel. The hair dryer is awful. There are very basic amenities (typically what you will expect from a budget hotel). The food in the restaurant is not great nor is the service. The breakfast is also quite average.

Stayed in this hotel last minute on a business trip. The staff were very helpful. The lobby was welcoming and attractive. Great location near to many London attractions. Good breakfast with wide selection. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Stayed overnight in London unexpectedly. I after trying 2 other hotels that were full, the Novotel was able to find me a room, quite late in the evening, which was much appreciated. Very nice lobby and breakfast. Great location. Just wish I’d stayed longer!

This hotel charged me & said it didn’t go through even though I showed them proof that it did? They then told me I must pay 30 pounds pre authorisation but went ahead and charged me 170 (8 pounds more then the actual room itself) this was on the 3rd February l had to a direct dispute to get me money back & the extra 8 pounds from the pre authorisation of course I haven’t received. The bald headed receptionist had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever was rude to both me & my partner on arrival! I booked a room for two & he arrived later & was told he isn’t a guest so he’s not allowed to say anything?!? Honestly I’ve been to Novotel Canary Wharf soo many times & the experience is top tier they go above & beyond every time please whatever you do DO NOT BOOK this outdated HORRIBLE hotel unless you want to be robbed & treated like crap.

Regarding the billing issue, we want to clarify that we have been in contact with you since the technical issue arose. We want to assure you that we did not intend to overcharge you, and the release of the pre-authorization is still in progress. As mentioned in our correspondence from February 6th, all holds were released from our end, and the amounts should already be cleared back. However, the timing of the release depends on your bank, especially if it is a foreign account. We recommend contacting your issuing bank to expedite the process if necessary. We also want to address your concerns about the customer service you received. We take your feedback seriously and will address it with our team to ensure better service in the future.
