Dear tvidya, Thank you very much for posting your thoughts on Tripadvisor. I am very sorry for not providing A/C in our rooms. We have as alternative a big fan in each room, but unfortunately this didn't help you much. At the same time, I am happy to read that you were very satisfied with our rooms, breakfast and with the assistance of our staff. Concerning breakfast, We try to put together an all you can eat buffet which offers a wide variety of hot and cold items, including typical Swiss breads and spreads. Dear advade, Thank you very much for staying with us and for sharing your feedback and concerns. We are sorry to hear that you were a bit disappointed with your stay. Your opinion is very valuable to us as we strive to provide a superior service experience. Please accept my apologies on behalf of my staff, that you didn't receive any information for the parking charges.
