We had a problem with the reservation due to the travel agency, they were able to solve everything quickly, effectively and with extreme gentleness. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the swimming pool correctly managed, and the sauna well organized. The breakfast was great (extremely appreciated by children), and the beer, before going to sleep, was good.

I had a 1.5 weeks stay with this hotel. Customer service pretty mediocre. I would definitely not recommend for long stay. Some of the unpleasant experiences include: 1. I was told that the laundry service provided is the same day collection service. However, they are only back to me three days later. Part of the delay was due to hotel staff’s failure to check return laundry. 2. Blackout “three” times while I was in my room resting and having dinner. No electricity during the period and hotel staff failed to notify me (which I have requested for over the phone) once the blackout was over. Do not expect any services or support from the hotel staff just like any 1 star hotels. You are pretty much on your own.

Terrible, terrible heat in room

Terribly, terribly hot in the rooms. In the midst of an European energy crisis this hotel heats the rooms up to a perceived temperature of 35-40 Celsius. There is an AC but this cannot by far compensate to the crazy , unhealthy heat the hotel is feeding its room with. Open the windows (with an outside temperature of 6 C is also not sufficient + you get the heavy traffic noise of the road). It’s really a health disaster to expose paying customers to this absurd situation. Avoid staying here if you don’t want to wake up with a headache and feel deeply dehydrated. We rarely complain on our stays, but this one set a new low. Thanks Mercure for ruining our weekend. (And to the manager that is considering replying to this message, your virtual reply will not solve the problem in real life, sorry we don’t buy that)

We are hosts and that means that we want to make our guests' stay pleasant in every way, and that didn't work out for you. The rooms are clean VERY spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The A/C is a bit weak but not terrible either. Breakfast is rich and generous. Dinner is not good. The variety is poor and pale. While the hotel interior is not the last fashion it's still meticulous and well maintained. We were on organized trip with a bus so I can't tell much about the hotel location but we all loved the place.
