Worst service and customer service EVER Not recomended at all....will never ever stay with mercure hotels chain again because of this terrible mercure hotel!!!!!! Really disappointed Not a 4 stars hotel at all

The hotel was good and located in a beautiful park on a lake. However, the location is far from everything except the rally grounds. Unless you have a car or are planning or use taxis this location is very inconvenient. Our room was clean and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. Three of us had a large room with three twin beds. And the wonderful vroom vroom alarm clock. No problem! That's why everyone stays there! We had a good dinner there, and good breakfast. And Lucia, the Italian chicken place across the road was great too! Only small complaint is the bathroom has no door for privacy.

Unfortunately a big disappointment, no 4 stars at all.

I start with the positive things. The staff at check-in and breakfast was really nice and helpful. Also the breakfast itself was tasty and fresh, with a variety of pastry, vegetables, fruits, cheese etc. Coffee very good. But. Too cold everywhere. In the breakfast room and mostly in the hotel room. When we arrived, we turned the heating on, but later in the evening, when we came back from the rain outside, the room was still cold and at ca. 10pm, the heating stopped working. So during the whole night we had to wear warm clothes for not to get cold. Also when you step to the floor in the bathroom, you need to have slippers. The other thing - sorry, but really disgusting (see the pic below) - is the bed heading. It's made of the artificial leather and it'scraped, greasy, sticky and smelly. At arrival covered with pillow. After all this, we decided to leave one day earlier as planned before. And at check-out, we were just told that they know about the issue and they are about to repair it. No sorry, no refund, no compensation. Neither the parking fee at least (10 eur/24 hours, 6eur for Accor members). As I am former Accor employee and member as well, I'm pretty sure I'll choose another hotel to stay in Nürnberg next time.

We would have gladly taken care of it on site and would have offered you a different room. The issue regarding the heating in your room was reported to our maintenance manager and we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. Unfortunately we cannot understand your comment regarding a refund, since no refunds can be made on complementary voucher, as there is no monetary value here. Thank you again for your comments.
