Beyond-expectation experience with the front desk. Special thanks to Lana and Kenza who were so friendly and patient giving advice on transportation and sight-seeing, helping us book for restaurants that suit our needs, efficient in checking in and checking out for us. We left today for Rome but the flight was cancelled due to thunderstorm. We were so glad that Lana saw our needs and re- booked us to the hotel straight away and heat up the food for us upon our re-arrival. It was late at night still with rain and thunderstorm and Lana stayed behind after her shift hours to look after us. They made our stay in Paris so pleasant. Good location too- nice and quiet.

Had a room on the 6th floor. It was wonderful. Right across the street from the Sorbonne with a great view of the city and university. The room was very clean and spacious as was the bathroom. The hotel was well maintained throughout and the staff were super helpful with recommendations, reservations, and directions. Kenza and Diogo were particularly helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for more than 4 nights and our stay there was great! Room was clean and the bed was comfortable (although the pillows were too soft for us), and the staffs were all very nice and helpful, would love to stay again:)

I stayed at this hotel during my recent business trip to Paris. I was very impressed with the view from the balcony of my room, it was amazing. I also received very enthusiastic support from an employee named Lien, who gave me detailed instructions on each destination in Paris. I think I will be back to this hotel soon.

Very comfy rooms with good mattresses and nice decorations. New and very spacious showers! The staff is as always very competent and friendly. We love this hotel where we have been staying for about 20 years.
