I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Sofitel Hotels & Resorts, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Our lobby hasn't be touched in 20 plus years. We felt that in order to remain a place that you all enjoy, a change was necessary. We are excited about the renovation project and hope that you will consider a return visit this Spring once renovations are completed.
