Affordable and more for Solo travellers

I stayed for six nights. The only reason I booked this hotel was because it is close to my friend's house. If you are a solo traveller then it's perfect. Rooms are ok with coffee and tea provided. The bathrooms are too small but also the price point is low so you can't complain. Had issues with cleaning my room however the lady at reception was very helpful and sorted it out right away. Being a solo traveller it's affordable for me and close to St Peter's train station which makes it easier to travel to Town hall and city. Located in-between KFC and McDonald's.

Do not stay here. I have stayed here many times in the past but the standards have dropped dramatically. The customer service is terrible. My credit card was charged another $246 a week after I stayed here when I had paid my balance in full. I tried to call the hotel and send screenshots of the unauthorised transaction but the hotel number went straight to voicemail and they did not respond to me or the bank for the disputed transaction. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hope you're quite mobile as there is no Lift.4 flights of stairs Room and Bed was clean but basic. Basin in room. Bathroom just shower cubicle and toilet. Another Guest found Bed bugs 🫤 However worked for just one night. Maccas and KFC on site.

You can’t call this hole a hotel. It could be referred to as a psych ward or maybe a dorm room. You’d think for $258 (plus $10 parking fee), you’d at least get a made bed, or basic amenities but no. The bathroom is smaller than a caravan bathroom. You can’t go to the toilet without touching all four walls. The basin is, of course, on the opposite side of the room. I can hear the blokes from four rooms down. There’s hardly room to walk between the bed and the wall. If you’ve got luggage, leave it outside. There’ll be no room for it in here. It’s a pathetic excuse for accomodation. Look elsewhere. Don't waste your money. Sincerely, a very unhappy, cramped traveller.

Great stay. Close to everything. Near to McDonald's and KFC. Quick check in and check out. We were look after well by Arman and his house keeping team. One or two night stay is perfect. Good place for a short stay.
