The room is clean, but the equipment is a little old. There are no disposable slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, water cups, etc. in the room. This is my first trip to Europe. I don't know if this is the case in Europe, but most hotels in Asia are equipped with these supplies. The hotel staff are very friendly and speak English. Because I wanted to drink hot water, I asked the staff to help me every day, and she took the trouble to help. I am very grateful! Breakfast is a typical French breakfast, mainly bread. I am really not used to it. It would be even better if you could add some hot pasta or fried rice.

We booked this hotel as it wasn't too far from a wedding we were due to attend and it was advertised with a pool that seemed ideal for our 4 year old grandson. On arrival, we found there was no pool - just a building site that the patio area overlooked - yes, nice view (NOT). When I queried this at reception, the receptionist really wasn't bothered. The breakfast was just ok but if you like a cup of tea, I wouldn't bother with this hotel as they didn't have any t bags unless you like fruity tea. The hotel is situated in quite an industrial area, no shops or bars. Our room overlooked a motorway bridge. The hotel on the whole was clean and tidy. If you haven't got a car hire, taxis' are very expensive.

The hotel is in a convenient if not sceneric location close to the motorway. The staff is really friendly and efficient though obviously overworked. They smile and work but you see how many tasks they have to perform at the same time and understand that the owner does not overinvest. The rooms are not as pretty as the lobby but the shocking detail is the deliberate absence of TOILET BRUSH in the toilets with easy ti imagine consequences. If I were the owner I would feel ashamed at what this may inflict to your partner and to the cleaning staff if you made the mistake to absorb solid food prior to your stay

OMG, we have stayed in this chain before - this place is terrible. They advertise AC, no AC and it's 100+° outside, about 90° inside. They weren't any towels; when called front desk they told us we had to come for them, they don't bring things to the room! Seriously, don't ever come here, there is nothing good about it!

Hospitality of quality by a smiling and competent staff. All the reception and ground floor areas look good. The rooms are a bit old in spite of good mattresses. The really bad point is the absence of TOILET BRUSH. How do you leave the toilet to your partner, to the cleaning staff in a decent condition ? What kind of RESPECT does this display to staff and guests ? The absence of a toilet brush is DELIBERATE as I have understood. This hotel is a franchisee. Does the owner live like that in his home ? Is this a local habit. Is everything fluid in this region ?
