The experience in this hotel was underwhelming. The rooms were old as were the bed and mattresses. In the bathroom a lot of tiles were broken and it was hard to shower, due to a broken showerhead. At breakfast my shoes stuck to the floor, however the breakfast buffet was good.

Acceptable if you don’t want to eat.

The hotel itself is ok. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The room was ok. Clean but scruffy and indeed of deep cleaning and upgrading. The beds were clean and comfortable. The curtains were scruffy with holes. The price was way too high for standard of accommodation. The dining experience was DREADFUL. The chef was continually scratching his scalp, beard, neck, face and nose all whilst cooking and serving out and others food. He did not wash his hands once. Food hygiene was non existent. When we talked to the “senior” waiter, who thought our issue was very amusing, nothing changed. Luckily this chef did not serve breakfast on the next morning. But we saw him arrive for work, still scratching himself. Unacceptable. I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel if you want to eat there.

Found the hotel easily and checkin was easy. Hotel reception area was nice with the bar and restaurant adjacent. Rest of hotel looked a bit in need of TLC and our room was fairly basic although the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fairly limited but they did have fresh squeezed orange juice which is always a plus.

We had a late night flight into Bordeaux and this hotel was ideally located. Rooms where comfortable enough. I have to say that the customer service however was exceptional when we were on our return leg of our journey. The hotel were incredibly accommodating in holding our bags for a few hour when there were no facilities available at the airport and to add to the top class service we arrived at the hotel covered in sick as my son had vomited in the car and they kindly provided products for us to clean the hire car before retuning. Thank you so much again.

2 bedrooms that were booked 3 months in advance: the air conditioning was not working nor the elevator. But worse....our room had only a window that was fronting the patio and not the exterior....In consequence, no air...In addition the rooms need a complete refurnish, as the hotel is falling apart ! Finally, my neighbour was smoking and I could smell it in the room. In consequence, I went to sleep in my car !! The only positive thing was the breakfast. My previous stay with Ibis Style in Cavaillon was perfect but this one was a catastrophy !
