Wouldn’t advise any contractors to stay here , renowned for van breaking, mine was done 8/04/24 between 6 pm and 7pm ,you get charged £8 for the privilege of using there car park and all they say is oh sorry Won’t be staying again, the budget ibis next door have same problem

Dear 914anthonys, Thanks for sharing a review of your recent stay at the hotel. I am very saddened to learn that your vehicle has been broken into. Whilst I fully appreciate your concerns I would like to take the opportunity to confirm that there is extremely clear and prominent signage at our car park reminding users that vehicles are parked at owners risk as well as reminding you not to leave any valuable belongings unattended in your vehicle. This is the kind of signage that you would find in any other responsible private car park and it is in place to protect both you and your property. Any vehicle break in must be reported directly by the owner to the police and the hotel will be delighted to assist with their investigations as much as we possibly can. Best Regards. Jordi PENA

Warm , comfortable, clean and the shower was lovely. I spent 3 nights at the ibis budget in barking, ive no complaints. I went to visit family ,so it wasn't a place I would like to spend a lot of time in , but as a base to sleep and shower it was absolutely perfect for me .

We arrived at about 7:30pm after a long day of train/ tube journeys and a football match in unbearable heat. We booked a family room but we’re given a double. Wasn’t too bad however my 15 yr old daughter wasn’t too impressed to have to share a double bed with her mom. We were advised that the bar was open but no food available. When I asked where we could get some food from I was told to head back towards Barking Station. By this time it was going dark however we were hungry so needed food. He headed back towards the station but didn’t feel safe. It was quite a scary experience and we ended up buying a sandwich and snacks from a nearby Asda. Room was clean and tidy. Pretty small and quite a lot of road noise.

Stayed overnight, hotel is a little tired but rooms and bathrooms were spotless and bed was very comfy. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to Chandrasekhar on the late shift who was professional and friendly. Would definitely use for another visit

Stay away from this hotel (ibis London Barking) and Barking area. We had 4 miserable nights at that hotel. It is not a hotel, it is a dumpster. The breakfast they serve is crap, they don't even serve real egg, just cheap unhealthy garbage. The rooms are much dirtier and much smaller than what they show in the pictures. The bathroom at the room is a tiny plastic cabin. The hotel staff (mostly bengalis, and couple of east europeans) could not care less about your stay. If you need help, the staff just put a fake smile on their face and say they cannot help you. They do not have the right attitude og mentality. We made the mistake of ordering dinner at the hotel one day, awful food.
