The location is excellent. It is adjoining the Diera City Mall , the metro, and very close proximity to the airport too. The staff are excellent and hospitable. They make you fell very warm and welcome. The food is excellent. Breakfast has a very good selection of foods and tasty. The bar is excellent. They make excellent cocktails. The Tea lounge is very good. Overall it is like ‘home away from home’ .

"Our family had a delightful stay at Pullman Hotel Deira City during Eid. Despite the heavy rush, Mr. Mahmud was very gracious in accommodating our requests, and we had a seamless check-in and checkout experience. Despite the huge turnout for the breakfast buffet, the staff was very attentive and efficient. Special thanks to Patrick, the restaurant hostesses, Mehmul, and Prince. Apart from the in-house attraction of the mall, the exemplary hospitality displayed by Mr. Mahmud and his team made the stay very relaxing. We hope to be back for a repeat experience."

Had an awesome stay at Pullman Diera City Center during peak season of Eid . Mr Mahmoud was very helpful and accommodated our request for rooms and took care of our other needs. We thank him and also others staff members for a comfortable small happy vacation in Dubai . Shall visit again soon

My favorite Lounge 11th floor Ritesh and all staff smiling I will staying at the pulmon every time the location is so Central next to the mall the staff is so kind everything makes the stay very comfortable and very convenient no wonder I filed up Platinum membership I just can't stay anywhere else but Pullman

Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre is a calm and peaceful hotel with great accommodation and food. We enjoyed staying in this hotel. The part of tourism guide was excellent as well! Mr Yash travel desk helped alot and explained the city very well for us.
