What a dissaster, we literally had less than one day at your hotel, we planed ahead to make it all super prefect, as we are a family of 7: 4 small children, a lovely grandmother of 76 years of age, and my husband and i; we arrived at about 3 and it all went wrong from then forward, first of all there was no one to recieve us, I literally took the trolly to the driver and helped him download all the bags, finally after making it inside to check in it seems like no one really has a clue, they tried to be extra nice and kept apologizing, but that didnt justify the situation. It took over 2 hours 2 get us settled, finally we left into town and made it back to pack, at 8 the hotel is a ghost town, you cannot get a beverage anywhere, really not at all what i was expecting, a pitty really the hotel for us was a bad joke. would never stay there again, I am a kind person, I always treat people with respect and try to help them in every way, but this was really like a bad joke, I defenetly regret not staying at the hotel my friends where staying, last time I am loyal to my accor group! Paris, Troisville! and finally here lots left to be desired...

As a solo mom with twins, my stays at the Mercure was great, my room was ready with two baby beds, the suite was spacious and the hotel team really helpful. The hotel is really clean and well located in the center of Nantes. I drove and I was able to drop my luggage first then park my car and come back with my double stroller and babies. I do recommend the hotel, at the bar they even heated my babies food.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days on a business trip and I feel that the staff really made the difference in the stay. They were chirpy, helpful and always available. I had a double room and it came with all the usual amenities. Bonus for having a nespresso machine and everything in the minibar was free of charge (gasp!), which included 2 bottles of water, 2 juices and a Coke. Amazing. Spacious room with smaller-than-usual toilet and bathroom, but really no complaints there. I'd love to stay here again!

Room terribly smelly Something wrong in that room . Not acceptable for Mercure hotel chain . I’m very disappointed The girl that checked us in was a sweetheart. But I was t my money back No good for the health breathing that type of atmosphere. Please get back to me .

Luckily we had good sat nav to find the hotel! The hotel’s own underground carpark is essential. The rooms are very pleasant with good air conditioning and charging points by the comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Lovely staff at reception who were very helpful ( particularly when I left a cushion in my room and we had to retrieve it after check out) Breakfast is good, plenty of choice from the buffet. If we are in Nantes again we would stay here again.
