The location of Novotel Phuket Resort is super convenient, just accross the road, opposite the resort is patong beach alot food stalls and shops. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Swimming Pool is also very big and kid friendly as well

Had a very good experience Enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Jimmy (hotel taxi) for taking such good care of us. For taxi contact the hotel and ask for Jimmy for a hassle free stay Thanks to Jenny at the reception for making our check in and check out smooth. Great location, the rooms are clean, and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. It is a great facility for families, very quiet. It is a walking distance to patong Beach, and the sunset from the ocean view rooms is beautiful. The food is good, we will definitely come back.

My husband and I stayed at Novotel Hotel for 8 nights. Everything was great. ‏Shuttle to the shopping center at different times ‏Kind behavior of hotel staff In general, I recommend this hotel to everyone, it has a very beautiful and pleasant atmosphere I would like to give special thanks to the hotel staff, especially Mr Baw Bell man& Choo Bell man🙏🌸
