I stayed at this hotel while visiting Perth for a few days on the way back from a trip to New Zealand. I found this hotel to be central to Perth, clean, and with lovely staff. The only criticism I have is that the sound Proofing was not great in the room, as we got disturbed on several occasions from noisy guests above and to the side. I also feel that the rooms, especially the bathroom, could do with a refurb. But, otherwise we had a good stay at this hotel.

Awesome staff they are all very kind, and the vibe is very chill not loud at all. Perfect for family, theres everything Bar, Pool and Food. One thing I will say is that our room was a bit dark, the lights are on the edges of the room, but its enough if your not my family. Overall its a great place highly recommended.

Comfortable beds, bathroom has all you need but shower head is not removable. Rooftop pool was excellent, plenty big enough and nice and warm with sun beds around it. It seemed to me that the bar closed early (around 9pm) but restaurants and bars close earlier in Spain than in most European countries.

Hotel tired and run down. Rooms shabby dated furniture. Only one hand towel & one small bath towel for 2 guests. Asked for glasses and ice when we arrived. Still waiting. Dirty and unhygienic. Bath plug had a huge hair ball attached (see photo) Staff unhelpful and disinterested.

問題なく滞在できました。 予約時にレイトチェックアウトを希望しましたが、当日のチェックインまで可否がわからず。 もしできないのであれば、別のホテルを予約しようと思っていたので、残念でした。 予約サイトの問題かもしれませんが、そこは改善して欲しいです。 あと忘れ物の問い合わせをメールにてしていますが、返信がきません。 その点も残念です。
