GrenobleのNovotelはこれまでに何度も利用しています。駅真横の最高の立地で、市内へのアクセスも容易です。飲食店やスーパーも周囲にたくさんあります。お部屋は清潔でゆったりとした空間です。充実の朝食ビュッフェにも満足しています。

Lovely hotel, so we left our car in the “. secure “ underground car park. During the night someone smashed the window of our car. Nothing stolen , so why. Another guest with the same model of car had a window smashed also. It seems this is not the first time there has been damage in this car park. Tried to contact the hotel re damages, but no response. Long journey home with a plastic back in the window

Please be warned that the underground car parking here is not secure . Three cars were broken into the night we stayed including ours . The hotel staff were helpful and sympathetic but it didn’t compensate for the fact that we spent hours in the police station , had to drive to Calais without a window and are now faced with paying lots of £££s on our insurance claim !

Spacious room (booked the suite as we were 2 with 2 kids) but really outdated. The hotel overall is not clean as you would expect a Novotel to be. On top of it the cleaning was not done after our first night so we came home late night to a dirty room. The coffee capsules are never refilled either, very frustrating in the morning. The AC is noisy also…
