Pb5300 カップル - 確認済みレビュー すべて

初めてのボローニャで、改装された綺麗な部屋で、快適な宿泊を過ごすことができました。フェラーラやラベンナへの鉄道旅行の起点として、とても便利な立地でした。 ただ、設備については、2点ほど改善してほしい点がありました。 (1) 風呂・シャワーの温度設定が、うまく機能しない (2) トイレの便座ふくめた筐体全体がガタついて不安定だった あと、ワーキングデスクがあると、とても使いやすかったのに、少し残念でした。

Mercure Bologna I couldn’t be more disappointed about everything we are experiencing in this hotel…. We traveled the world, most definitely this is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of imagination! And when you are used to the Anantara or Rixos the Palm Dubai… well your opinion has the right weight. Night one both rooms extremely cold, bed uncomfortable and made of two separate beds adjourned, no slippers and rope the fridge empty no Nespresso or similar coffee machine. The air conditioning was blowing cold air and making a terrible noise we couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was ok, and I had a word with one of the rappresentative at reception and explained the situation; bear in mind that the other room is occupied by my parents who are respectively 76 and 80…my mother was shaking life a life and also at around 6:30am the fire alarm went off for no reason absolutely ridiculous the bedding of a very cheap quality and the smell not good at all. The reservation of two rooms for superior bedrooms… really unacceptable… we were asked to pack our belongings and on our return we would have been given an upgraded room… what a cold shower on our return… really disappointed and infuriated my parents rooms has again an issue with the air conditioning which makes a terrible noise even if the electricity is not activated; really????? We were asked to change room again, and I explained that it was unacceptable considering my parents age and what we were put through already. I am so disappointed and disgusted 4 nights 702 euros per bedroom😡😡😡this is a lower level that the holiday inn😡😡😡 I am now unable to sleep due to the terrible noise from the bedroom above us! We can hear people talking though wall and bathroom washing water away! I am so upset I can’t put it in words and tired because it will be another night that we will be spending unable to sleep … not to mention my poor parents… really unacceptable. The staff is extremely kind and really keen to help; however, it is clear that all this is well above and beyond their ability to do anything.

Superior Queen Room price: 149 EUR / 1 night (Positiva) The room is newly renovated and it's nice and modern. Unfortunately we had a view of the inside block of the hotel to the other rooms. It may suit if you want a good night's sleep, there is no noise from the street. The bed was very spacious, firm and a great medium hard mattress, slept very well. The room is equipped with a smart TV with Netflix, there is no coffee maker in the room. The hotel is centrally located across from the train station and the express to the airport, it's downtown where it lives, the historic center is walkable down the main street lined with shops and restaurants and bars. Payment was made at the front desk in the hotel, the hotel did not block anything in advance or require any other payment in advance. Overall I can recommend the hotel and would stay here again next time. (Negatives) The bathroom is very nice even with a bidet and spacious shower, but somewhat small. Maybe a door that opens into the hallway instead of the smaller bathroom would solve that. That's about the only negative I could find. Breakfast was already included and was adequate, I missed fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, salads, more kinds of sweet pastries.

I would like to start by saying that I often travel for work and that I usually stay in 4 star hotels. My usual hotel in Bologna was full and I fell back on this one for logistical reasons. I found myself in a room almost not worthy of a 2 star and even paid more than usual. the bathroom is very old and all encrusted, loose power sockets and an empty minibar with no refreshments. masculine painted walls… truly unpresentable. never again in this hotel

I stayed here for two nights in January 2024. Pros: - Right in front of the Bologna Centrale station, so very convenient if you’re going to other cities - Giuliana was very welcoming and friendly. She made me feel totally at home and gave me lots of info about the area and the hotel - The room was cozy and had everything I needed - There are restaurants in the area, so lots of choices for meals Cons: - None Recommended: Yes
