It is wonderful to know that the beds were to your liking and that the availability of a fridge added convenience to your experience. However, we regret any inconvenience you may have faced with the elevators' responsiveness. Please rest assured that we continually strive to offer efficient service throughout our facilities. We also understand the importance of a peaceful room environment and are glad that we could accommodate your request to change rooms away from the elevator area.
