Hey, With my group we come today at the dinner. Nine persons for one table. Dinner was smaller portion per person. Table are so small, that food com all over the place. Than come in room and towel in bedroom are only one small. Best regards, Robert

Due to the dangerous doors of the main entrance to the hotel, I was seriously injured in this hotel, but the general manager pretended as if nothing serious had happened. p.s. The breakfast and the gym don’t meet the standards of Novotel. The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much more to be desired.

Upon reviewing the details of your incident, we understand that you had a collision with our glass partition near the main entrance. We genuinely empathize with your situation and appreciate that you felt upset by this. Our team members immediately responded by offering assistance, including first aid kit and a cold towel. Unfortunately, we did not have a chance to offer you any further assistance on-site, as the taxi that you have been waiting for arrived at that moment, and you and your family left the hotel. Later, when you send a follow-up emal to me and my team, I asked if you needed any further assistance from our side. Unfortunately, I did not receive you response. Please do reach out if you need any assistance - via email or via phone number. We take all guest feedback seriously, and we would like to assure you that we continuously assess and enhance our safety measures. Worst Hotel experience in Thailand so far

I've visited hotels in Bangkok, Hua Hin and Krabi so far, this is by far the worst experience. The rooms are pretty outdated, with few amenities available. Forget about a makeup mirror or watching an English movie. AC is extremely loud, the hallways are dark and feel like a cheap apartment building. The gym is joke, with 30-year old equipment that is basically a safety hazard. The breakfast is mediocre with the same boring and low quality food every day. Bad bread and almost no variety. The hotel staff is not particularly helpful either. The restaurant is okay. On one of the days the hotel hosted some sort of company party, the whole pool area was loud and not relaxing, with employees camping everywhere. The only good thing is the location and a small coffee shop where you can get halfway decent coffee. The hotel was also dead during prime season, not a good sign. We will never be back.

You can find better for the price. It has absolutely no charm.

The property is rundown, over priced and very tired. Novotel should be embarrassed. The room was a decent size and clean but it has no character whatsoever. The beach is decent and the view of the beach is ruined by tired and poorly kept buildings.
