Dear Nicola, Thanks for taking the time to review your stay at our hotel. We are pleased to hear that our efforts to accommodate an early check-in were appreciated and that our prime location, alongside the discounted breakfast option, added value to your visit. It is also gratifying to know that the complimentary water, the view from your room, and the modern shower facilities met your expectations, and that the convenience of charging points and our friendly staff contributed positively to your experience. We regret to hear that noise from other guests and the vicinity to the elevator affected the tranquility of your stay. While our hotel is equipped with soundproof windows, we understand that external noises can sometimes be disruptive, and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding the towels, we provide daily housekeeping unless towels are hung up, in line with our environmental policy, and we apologize if the towel size was not to your satisfaction. We are concerned to learn about your discomfort with the bed and that the extra pillow provided was not adequate. Our Sweet Bed by ibis mattresses are typically well-received for comfort, and we regret that this was not your experience. We acknowledge your comments on the confusion regarding food services and apologize for any miscommunication. While we do not have a restaurant on-site, our location offers a variety of dining options in the surrounding area. The absence of a mini fridge and limited storage space are noted, and we understand these aspects did not meet your expectations. Our compact bathroom design is intended to maximize space, and we apologize if this felt claustrophobic. We also take note of your feedback on the heating/cooling system and will consider providing clearer instructions for our guests. Once again, thank you for your candid feedback, and it is our hope that the picturesque view from your room and the overall positive aspects of your stay will encourage you to consider us again in the future. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It's wonderful to hear that you found our location to be exceptional, right in the heart of the city close to many attractions. We regret that the comfort of our beds did not meet your expectations; however, we take pride in our Sweet Bed by ibis, designed to offer a restful sleep, which has been well-received since its introduction in 2019. We are troubled to hear about the disturbances during your stay. Our rooms feature double soundproof windows to ensure a tranquil environment for our guests, and we are sorry if this was not your experience.
