Room is well sized, clean (although acoustics could be better; we heard the children thumping around all night) but I recommend getting the lounge access - breakfast has less options than the restaurant but it is quieter and more private, and you get excellent service. Pae, who works at the lounge is amazing. She is observant and provides true 5 star service. She helped me print my boarding passes and always made sure my family was comfortable. She totally made the stay at Novotel a wonderful one!

The front office , the pool bar staff , Mr Jib and Miss May , everyone are amazing and kind . One of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel in a very long time . My whole family had fun . my daughter wanted to give a special thanks to Mr. Jib and Miss . May for the cute bunny and the personal note they left for us .

Always wanted to try staying in this hotel. It has very nice location with a lot of shopping shops & mall just outside the hotel. Very friendly staffs, fast respond, very good in accomidating my quiries. Mr.Potae lobby manager at couter check in so considerate in my check in process.

The hotel has an accomodating nature and has a very welcoming staff. The manager Potae is very welcoming and very kind to his customers. Overall it was an amazing stay with wonderful amenities that cater to me and my family. We are very appreciative of them and would come here again.
