Our central location and the friendliness of our housekeeping staff are aspects we take great pride in, and we're glad they contributed positively to your experience. However, we regret to hear that the room size and the distinction between our executive rooms and standard accommodations did not meet your expectations. Our historic city center location does mean that space is at a premium, but we strive to ensure every guest has a comfortable stay.
