The room was super small . Secondly the attitude of the manager was pathetic . On the day of check-in we were standing at the reception and busy teaching the intern at the hotel . Thereafter we complained a million times about the air con not working and the room was hot and claustrophobic. But the manager did not pay any heed to it . Even the receptionist said as she stayed in the same hotel that it’s terribly warm in the room and the only solution provided by them was to keep windows open Pathetic and waste of money . Better hotels around

I am still staying here till tomorrow but the services are really great, I checked in and found the receptionist very high energy and I loved the energy of the place as well, every one of the staff wishes you with warmth, the lady in the restaurant suggested some very great choices as well, the breakfast is also very good and all in all I love this hotel and will surely visit again, great choice

We stayed overnight with a group tour. We informed them that we were Accor members and gave us 2 free drinks. The window opening was very narrow for security reasons. The comforter was separate for us couples. The bathroom was spacious enough. I liked the scent of the shampoo and body wash. The breakfast was a little crazy since it took time before the buffet got refilled. Otherwise,not was a good stay.

Don't. Stay here given a choice

Booked 6 superior doubles got two and 4 twin bedded rooms no explanation or apology, horrible breakfast where the food kept running out, no fresh fruit, Hot food overcooked and burned. Rude unhelpful staff ugly rooms with cheap furnishings and a badly designed bathroom. All in all a place to avoid.

Very poor quality hotel. In need of redecoration.

Not a good hotel, two single beds in my room and they were tiny..! I think that they were beds for children. The bathroom was dated and badly laid out The furniture in the room was poor quality, the walls were all marked and in need of painting. The quality of the toilet paper was terrible. Tea coffee making facilities. The food at dinner and breakfast was nice
