Would not recommend this hotel. Every night there is a smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms and by the morning this was gone. The only way to get rid of the smell was to keep your window open but when it’s cold, raining and noisy outside this is not easy to do in the night. The rooms are not overly sound proof and you hear a lot of banging of doors around the hotel throughout the night, I did not find the staff overly friendly or helpful either.

Dear Madam, Sir Thank you for leaving a comment further to your stay in our hotel. First of all we apology for the odor you could have smelt in the rooms. Although we feel it strange as all our hotel is non smoking. Even more our alarm detection should start when it happens. We thank you in case you notice this kind of problems to inform us immediately. Our hotel staff is available 24 hours 7 days a week to welcome you and insure quietness and safety in the hotel. The team is also trained to step in action if certain guests bother the others during the night. they call them and knock at the door if necessary to stop the noise. First time visiting Paris and stayed here for 3 nights. Cant fault the hotel at all. A little far out from the main tourist attractions, however you are aware of this if you check the location before booking. Hotel staff were friendly and plenty of bars and stores nearby. Would stay here again if revisiting Paris.

すごく古いしホテルのつくりではない。エアコンは効かないし廊下は暗い、本当に暗くて汚い。

Madame, Monsieur, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Même si nous aurions préféré que votre expérience fût plus agréable. Vos retours et impressions sont très importants pour nous car ils nous aident à améliorer quotidiennement nos services. En hiver, pour des questions environnementales, notre hôtel ne propose que le chauffage. Si vous nous donnez l'opportunité de regagner votre confiance, nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau lors d’un prochain séjour dans la capitale. I stated one night on April 2023. The air conditioner was not working but I discovered that at midnight after taking the bath.plus there is no extra covers. On july they gave me the same room also the AC was not working, I found 3 bugs on the floor. The room smell was disgusting. But I said nothing since when I checked in someone mentioned that this is their last room and I tried to pass this night. My problem was that the reservation was made by my company and I didn't have money to change the hotel in the middle of the night.

I was very concerned about staying here with previous reviews but I can’t see what the issues were. Checked in and went to room, room was small but enough room - which is expected in Paris. Stayed in numerous hotels in Paris over the years and always had small rooms regardless how much I’ve paid for the hotel stay. Hotel was clean, staff were helpful. Breakfast was ‘pricy’ but I paid more down the road for eggs and a croissant. Expected to pay a lot more than I would in the UK. Metro station 5 minute walk away and easy to get into central Paris. Overall the stay was great.
