Dear Mr Qu, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is heartening to hear that your overall experience in Zurich was pleasant and that you found the local populace to be welcoming. We are, however, deeply disconcerted to hear about the aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations. We strive to maintain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep, and it seems we fell short in delivering this experience for you. While we are gearing up for a full renovation in the coming year, we regret any inconvenience caused by the present condition of our facilities. In regards to the television set, our rooms are equipped with modern amenities, and we are surprised to hear about your experience. We also take remarks on the cleanliness very seriously, and although our team works diligently to provide a clean and comfortable environment, it appears that we have missed the mark during your stay. Additionally, we aim for excellence in customer service, and it is concerning to note your encounter at the reception; please rest assured this is not indicative of our usual standards.
