Hotel is comfortable and renovated in some part. Breakfast was disappointing Service was non existent. The bacon was cold, so were the scrambled eggs. The cold meat selection was poor and cut, sliced to thick. Not what I expect from a four star hotel.

It was terrible. Got sick after sleeping a night there. Ac is terrible was probably never cleaned. If you have asthma good luck there. Service is terrible they do not clean rooms. Concierge isn’t friendly , and you have to pay extra just to have access to amenities. At a 4 star hotel they can’t even give you free water. A catastrophy the room looked like a communist era room

We travel from Italy to Uk thru France since 1986 ! We like Epinal which is a lovely little town ! This Hotel is great nice room comfortable bed and well furbished .The hotel staff is very polite and available ! We went to the swimming pool it was nice with water at correct temperature! We ll come again for sure :)

Worst hotel ever!!! Maximum 2 stars It’s even to late to renovate, thé really should rebuild it from the first stone. I took a few photos and don’t want to spend time to give some comments, just look the photos. Eva the receptioniste was very friendly and helpful.

Right in the center of areas with bars and restaurants. Friendly staff at the reception. On arrival she gave us all the informations required regarding where to walk around and have dinner. Very helpful. Private parking available at 12,50€/night. We didn’t take the breakfast. Room are quite big but definitely needs a bit of renovation. Especially the bathroom.
