I really don't understand why this hotel has such a bad rap. I thought it was a lot more upmarket than the other places I had stayed. The staff were very helpful when I needed help finding a pharmacy and the rooms were spacious and had a fridge. I can't fault it and would stay again

The hotel is generally a bit run down. the rooms are not heated properly. In my room there was only a very small electric radiator...about twenty centimeters long. Not enough for one room. The worst thing is that there are notices attached everywhere in the hotel with warnings about legionella infections in the warm water.

Everything was perfect when we arrived and during our stay up until the last day when we left. We were first told we had to pay €20 per night for the extra person that we had already paid for. Then when I proved that it was €10 per night and that was what I had been informed of over email, the lady at reception changed her mind and decided €10 was enough. Then she made me pay an extra €25 per day (this totalling up to an extra €75) for breakfast even though when we arrived the lady had told us only €25 for the whole stay. Be careful if coming here they will try and take all the money off you they can.

I stayed 4 nights in tgis hotel. It is worse about the cleaning service, breakfast and reception staff. Nobody can help you, the cleaning service do not clean the room. The reception staff do not check in the rooms and two members of the group found the rooms they assist them, busy, already occupied. Yesterday I did not found the gilet in my luggage, the cleaning service make it fall under the waldrope, I found it full of duster. Breakfast is not good, just bread available, never croissants or other kind of cakes. I do non advice this hotel!

While the hotel is rated as 4 stars, the experience was much closer to a 2 star hotel. The rooms were small and poorly cleaned. There were large mold stains on the bathroom ceiling. No AC was available in the rooms. The breakfast costs 25 euros, and it offers nothing special to warrant that price. The keys to the rooms are outdated and lose its configuration when held close to a phone; several trips were made to reception to have the key reset, by many guests… On top of that, the sauna was broken. During check-in, I was charged 220 euros over my reserved price; once I caught this, the frontdesk personnel refunded the amount. Overall a very poor experience.
