It was an amazing trip. I did not expect so much. Everyone is so nice and very polite. You can get here by driving from Shanghai or Suzhou downtown very quickly or by public transport. The hotel can pick you up around. Alice helped me with everything and her colleague Paula treated me the afternoon tea, enjoyed.

Très bel hôtel. Les Prestations sont haut de gamme. L'emplacement à coté du lac est merveilleux avec une vue sur le lac magnifique. Le calme est roi et cela permet de bien se reposer surtout quand on a fait un long courrier

First time being on a Fairmont and it left a very good impression. Service was excellent. We had some issues with he aircon noise level and they solved it ASAP. We had a birthday, and they came up with a delicious cake for us. Rooms were spacious, very clean, the bed comfortable. The adjacent park was a delight for the kids: karting, kayaking, fishing and other activities. I did jog around the hotel and the place is so nice. We did bike with kids as well and it is quite a nice activity to do. They have so many choices that can accommodate anyone (tandem, mountain bike for kids, carriage for baby, etc.). The food at the chinese restaurant, Cantonese style, was delicious. Breakfast was good with lot of choices. The outdoor swimming pool was a blast. Will definitely try another Fairmont and plan another stay in this one at a different time of the year.

Our expectations to a Fairmont hotel were all met. More charging outlets near the bed would be nice. One downside was that the activities were cancelled and facilities were closed on the next day due to health measure.

sono stato qui una settimana per lavoro e mi sono trovato molto bene. Stanza comoda, ampia, armadio guardaroba ben organizzato, bagno con doccia e vasca e tende comodamente elettriche. La colazione è a dir poco dia ampia scelta, il personale è cortese anche se non tutti parlano benissimo inglese. Menzione speciale per il ristorante cinese interno, ottimo. Se mi dovesse capitare ci tornerei volentieri.
