hotel in ottima posiziona a due passi dalla stazione di Paddington. Zona tranquilla dalla quale raggiungere le maggiori attrazioni della città velocemente. Camera pulita, forse un po' stretta ma funzionale. Qualche dettaglio migliorabile. Ottima colazione all'inglese preparata sul momento. Sicuramente da consigliare per un breve soggiorno a Londra.

All'arrivo abbiamo avuto una stanza che non corrispondeva alla ns. Richiesta e alla descrizione avuta dal centro di prenotazioni, il giorno seguente abbiamo dovuto insistere per avere una nuova sistemazione.

You have booked a family room and you have been allocated the correct room type. All of our family rooms are based on the low ground floor or ground floor due to the bigger space and the convenience for families with children. This information is clearly stated on our website and on the confirmation email that you received. When you raised your concern with us and said that you were not happy to be on the low ground floor, we tried our best to accommodate your request and moved you immediately to two rooms on the top floor. The second room was free of charge and we did not charge you any extra fees for the change. We find your feedback very unfair and unreasonable after all the hard work and effort we have done to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. La suite era spaziosa , elegante e con buoni servizi. Molto pulita. La colazione era varia e ottima. Deliziose le brioche e cappuccino. In reception c’erano persone molto qualificate e accoglienti.

La posizione dell’hotel è vincente, camere e servizi di alto livello ed il personale molto attento al cliente e davvero gentile. Un complimento particolare ad Anna. La colazione viene servita in un locale collegato e si accede direttamente dalla hall dell’hotel
