I have visited this property in May 2024. The hotel is good, clean and at prime location. Hotel staffs are very co operative. While keeping the dinner plates out of my room, I locked myself out, Irisha one of the hotel staff helped to unlock the same instantly. :)

The Novotel team (Saswati, Shrijana, Roshni, Riya) at the restaurant were amazing and made the stay extremely comfortable.

Checked out on May 1 2024. Gave feedback that checkout is taking more than at this hotel. She gave rude feedback that, speak to your office and give a complaint that we are taking more time for checkout. And hotel will respond to your office. No soft response or apology We are spending more time and time coming from other city. This isn’t way to response.

पुलक एवं स्मिता का कार्य बहुत ही सराहनीय एवं प्रशंसनीय हैं, हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं । यहां पर सब कुछ घर जैसा लगा। रूम का सफाई और व्यवस्था इनके द्वारा बहुत ही अच्छा हुआ और इन दोनो का व्यवहार एवं बातचीत भी बहुत अच्छा लगा।
