The service provided was nothing short of excellent. My wife and I stayed there for 11 nights organised by TUi. Although the accomodation was basic and not very spacious, the service and facilities were good. We would like to thank Priyanka, Aman, Akhil, Lathifa, Netaji and many more.

Three nights were spent here. My interaction with Ibis Styles was quite positive and enjoyable. The check-in time was 3 pm, but they gave us an early room by 12 pm based on our request and the availability of the room. Neha at the front desk provided all assistance needed to have a comfortable stay. Additionally, and this is really helpful, they have extended my check-out time by 1.5 hours. When it comes to cuisine, this restaurant Spice it has the best spice. There are many alternatives for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals on the breakfast spread, which is wonderful. We also tried dinner and had some delicious cuisine. Samim and the entire crew are incredibly courteous and constantly willing to assist with a grin. The area surrounding the pool is immaculate. The hotel itself sells all swimming gear at reasonable prices. We may buy floaters and swimming tubes for kids for far less money here than they can outside. My daughter had a good time playing in the lovely children's play area there. Room service arrives quickly. All of the requests, including refilled water bottles and making beds for the children, were politely fulfilled. When I realized I needed insect repellent at midnight, they had it accessible in five minutes. All in all, we had a great and comfortable stay. Many thanks to Samim, Neha, and the entire staff.
