Staff molto gentile. Abbiamo dovuto allungare la permanenza ed è stato gestito molto bene lasciandoci le stesse camere.

Ottimo hotel in posizione strategica, con vista mozzafiato sulla vecchia Edimburgo. Vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni e dei bus, con fermata del tram sotto l'albergo. Ottima colazione ed una menzione speciale agli addetti della reception, Danilo in particolare, gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.

Hotel centralissimo, personale disponibile e preparato, struttura un po’ vecchia in via di ristrutturazione ma con avviso dei possibili disagi ai clienti. Male il wi-fi, quasi mai disponibile. Colazione perfetta e completa, disponibili a fornirci una breakfast bag l’ultimo giorno vista la partenza all’alba. A causa della ristrutturazione imminente sarebbero opportuni forse prezzi un po’ più bassi ma comunque sono in linea con la zona.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, avendo una bimba piccola era proprio quello che cercavo. Vicinissimo al centro, alla stazione ed ai monumenti principali! Personale gentile, ma le stanze sono un po’ vecchiotte e non tenute benissimo. Per fortuna era in fase di ristrutturazione. Il costo del soggiorno è alto, ma comunque nella media dei prezzi di Edimburgo.
